Sub-processors

To provide the cloud cove1 Service, Jincove LLC ("we", "us") engages third-party sub-processors that may process personal data on our behalf. We enter into written agreements with each sub-processor requiring confidentiality and appropriate data-protection commitments, and we remain responsible for their performance. This list supports our Privacy Policy and any Data Processing Addendum.

Dedicated and customer-managed deployments
For dedicated or customer-managed deployments, infrastructure and model providers are agreed with the customer as part of the rollout; some sub-processors above may not apply, and conversation data can remain within the customer's designated environment or region.
Changes and notice
We may add or replace sub-processors as the Service evolves. Where required, we will provide advance notice of material changes so that customers with a Data Processing Addendum can review and, if applicable, object. To receive notice or request our current list, email gan@jincove.com.
